Dr. Andrew Leung is a graduate of the School of Optometry, University of Waterloo. During his various internships, he has had clinical experience in Fort Myers, Florida, Hong Kong, and Waterloo, Ontario in the areas of :

He is board certified by the Examiners in Optometry in Canada, and the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) in Canada. He is also accredited by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO), as well as the Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases (TMOD) and in the United States.
Dr. Leung has been working in the Bloor-Yorkville area since 2001, and has worked closely with area family physicians, paediatricians, and eye surgeons. He is also one of the principal partners of Vaughan Mills Eye Clinic in Vaughan, Ontario. Additionally, he has also held the position of Senior Associate Optometrist at the prestigious Herzig Eye Institute in Toronto, providing consultations, pre and post-operative care for LASIK, PRK, ICL and refractive lensectomy patients.
Dr. Leung has been featured in Maclean’s Magazine on eyecare technology, on CityTV on Computer Vision Syndrome, on Alive Magazine on the importance of Eye Examinations. He has held the role of an expert speaker on ocular vitamins for fellow health care professionals for Novartis AG of Switzerland, the second largest pharmaceutical company in the world.
Dr. Leung has a special interest in myopia control including Orthokeratology, and Dual-Focus soft contact lenses.
Dr. Leung resides in Unionville, Ontario with his family and enjoys photography, yoga, and outdoor sports.
